She actually wore the gerber daisy for most of the party! The tutu was part of the decorations from her sip-n-see a few months after she was born - it fit perfectly and was a great addition to the outfit! And of course we had to wear the ladybug shoes!

YOU'RE 1 TODAY!!!!!!!! I can't believe it. Everytime I would tell Carlee happy birthday she would start clapping her hands. This year has just flown by and every moment was precious and memorable. Our family has been extremely blessed with this sweet, loving and incredibly happy little girl. Her smile will melt your heart and her hugs will make you forget any worries and her kisses are simple reminders of true and endless love. She reminds you that God is GREAT and we have so much to be thankful for in our lives!!! We love you more than words can describe Miss Carlee ~ HAPPY 1st BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!

Palo Duro Canyon! We drove around the Canyon for a while, but it was hot, I only had flip flops and the horse flies are mean (and BITE!) so we just got out long enough to take a few pictures. Thank goodness for flip flops and Carlee - Craig wanted to go hiking. I prefer AC and driving.

Our little Davy Crockett. Carlee doesn't like hats and doesn't like you wearing them either, so this was a team effort to get the picture.

She has a stuffed Woody from the Toy Story and she gets very frustrated when playing with him because she can't take his hat off since it is sewn on, so she prefers playing with Buzz Lightyear.

Don't worry ~ we didn't leave Carlee in the Canyon, she feel asleep in the car.

She LOVED riding on the donkey. 2 quarters kept her very entertained.

Headbands and bows don't last long anymore, but at least it was long enough for me to take the picture (barely!!).

We went to Amarillo for a wedding celebration for one of Craig's cousins. The couple had already gotten married a few weeks earlier, but it was a small ceremony in the Florida Keys, so they had a big wedding reception type party a few weeks later. It was Hawaiian themed (in case you couldn't tell by my dress). The drive was a little long for Carlee, but we had a great time seeing all the Cheyne family.
