Estes Park, CO - part 1

In the airplane! Carlee was amazing. She did great during take off and landing and was perfect during the entire flight as well. What a relief.

In the Rocky Mountain National Park by the Continental Divide

Carlee and Papa

View in front of the house

Carlee playing putt putt for the 1st time. It was hilarious. She had so much fun and would go put the ball right by the hole and tap it in and yell, "I DID IT!" The best part was the next hole where there is an alligator and you putt the ball through the mouth and it goes out the tail - I was about to hit the ball and a chipmunk ran into the mouth and out the tail and Carlee thought it was the funniest thing and talked about it the rest of the trip. The chipmunk and Carlee were both very entertaining.

Big Bull Elk with all his cows aka wives or mistresses. He definitely has his hands full trying to keep up with that many women!!!

The Elk were definitely the highlight of the trip.

Going for a hike

Carlee loved seeing all the animals (elk, mule deer, pikas (squirrels, chipmunks), rabbits and tons of birds and dogs (Carlee found every Maddy, Molly and Floyd look alike). We promised her animals and we did not disappoint her. By the end of the trip she was spotting out elk and deer before we saw them.
